So, here is how it works. You will actually have a full color high gloss quarter page spot, front and back, in our beautiful 6 inch by 9 inch community guidebooks that the agents will be handing out to everyone who’s buying or selling a home. The booklet is designed to entice people to move to the area, and give them access to all the things they’ll need!
Now I can’t require you to be at the meet and greet, but obviously it is a great idea for your business to network with these agents. And we take care of everything – the only thing required of you is a short 2-3 minute design meeting with our graphic designer over the phone so we can get some ideas for your ad!
Now as far as the cost goes, that’s really the best part – everyone just pitches in a one time sponsorship to help with the cost of printing and ink. For all your Graphic artwork, Special lettering, Design, and a quarter page ad for the entire year, it’s just a one time cost of 495, and I KNOW that when I get you just one or two new clients, you’ll make a very nice return on your investment! So let’s give it a shot – I know it’s gonna work great for you… Want to do it?

Great, it’s a pretty simple process. I just need to fill out and send over a one page reservation form, do you want me to email or fax it to you? (WRITE DOWN THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS OR FAX NUMBER.) OK…I have your business name as ________, address as _______, phone as _____, is that all correct? (VERIFY INFO IS CORRECT) OK, I’m going to get this form written up and sent right over to you. What I’ll do then is I’ll call you back in about ten minutes, we’ll review all the information, make sure it’s correct, take care of the payment, and get you set up with our graphic artist to get your space designed. It’s a really simple process, and when I call you back, we’ll get this handled, ok? (NOTE TIME, END CALL, COMPLETE CONTRACT, SEND EMAIL, CALL & CONTINUE)

OK, this is XXXX, calling back for the (office name) office, you’ve got that email from me? Is that open and in front of you? (WAIT UNTIL IT IS. DON’T ACCEPT EXCUSES, THEY CAN SEE IT ON THEIR SMARTPHONE). OK, so as far as the company name, does that appear correctly? Does everything else look right?
(VERIFY REST OF INFO, IF INCORRECT, SAY IT’S OK, AND YOU’LL NOTE IN IN THEIR RECORD)
OK, so we’ll feature you in the (office name) office’s official community guidebooks. You’ve also got a copy of the graphics guidelines with instructions. Our graphic designer can build your space however you’d like, and if your logos and company information isn’t on your website, you’ll have a week to get those to us. If you need more time, just give us a call or email us and let us know. Now, in the upper right hand corner of your reservation form is your account number, it’s gonna be (READ THEM THE NUMBER). Just reference that number when work with our graphics team. And in the lower left-hand corner is our Taxpayer ID number. Make sure that your bookkeeper has that, because most of our clients are able to write these expenses off. Now, we’ve got the price down to 429, and as far as securing the spot, we accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, or Discover, how did you want to do that? (…) OK, I’m ready for the number, if you read it in groups of four, I’ll read them back to you to check. OK, and the expiration? And the three digits on the back? and how does the name appear on there? And what is the billing address? (REPEAT INFO BACK).

OK, so you’ve got that email in front of you still, if that attachment is still open, go ahead and close that out so you’re back to just the email I sent you. (WAIT UNTIL THEY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IT’S CLOSED). OK, I just need you to reply to the email here, and type the word CONFIRMED and hit reply. While I’ve got you on the phone, go ahead and send that, I’m going to wait here and make sure that I’ve got that here on my end, so that way we can get you working with the design team. OUTRO & REFERRAL REQUEST
OK, you’ll get a receipt shortly via email for your records. The next thing that will happen is that sometime in the next day you’ll get an email from our graphics team. That will give you everything you need to know to have your space built, and you can reply to that and arrange a time to discuss any details. But if you’d like, I can give you their email and you can send them something first.
