There are many places where you can prospect leads. Click the links below, the work is mostly done for you, just swap out your industry and city/state.

Most Basic:

Search Engines & Directories. You can easily find leads for specific industry categories in specific places. For example, type hvac in knoxville tn into any of the following sites and you’ll get leads to call:

A Little More Specific:

Industry Search Engines & Directories. Often list industry-specific business registration information. Those who are listed do not pay, so lists are very long and thorough.

  2. BuildZoom
  3. Houzz

A Lot More Specific:

Networking & Business Affiliation Directories. These are member directories where business do pay for the privilege of being listed. These people are already likely to pay for networking opportunities.

  1. Local Better Business Bureau Listings
  2. Local Chamber Of Commerce Member Directories
  3. Local BNI (Business Networking International) Member Directories

Highly Targeted:

These are lists of people already highly affiliated with Realtors and working with Realtors. These people are the most likely buyers of this kind of advertising, because they’ve bought it before.

  1. Vendors Lists from the Real Estate Office
  2. Online Vendors Lists from other local offices (hint: use search terms like knoxville tn preferred vendors recommended “real estate” for best effect, use a few variations to this search and see what else you find.
