Bonus pay
Consists of three different things: daily bonuses (changes daily), weekly bonuses (changes weekly), and weekly commissions. Weekly commissions are based on your weekly sales total (New revenue generated. Installment payments from 7 days past the date of sale don’t count, so make sure you arrange payment within a week of the original sale).
Daily Bonuses:
Various contests and prizes are offered, some days we’ll draw bonus amounts out of the hat with each sale, most days we’ll do a dice roll at the end of the day if we’ve hit our qualifying number. If you total more that $1250 for the day or $2000 for the previous week (was $2500) you’ll qualify for daily bonuses no matter what.

Examples (How to make six figures):
Jim generates $1485 in revenue in an average week. Assuming a 35 hour week, and based on his recent performance, his check will be calculated at $12.50/hour ($437.50) with total daily and weekly bonuses of $40 for the week, and a commission of $59. [(12.5*35)+40+59]= $536.50 (was $477.50) gross pay for that week (we pay weekly, not biweekly). Before taxes, that’s $15.32 (was $13.64) per hour, $2305.66 (was $2053.25) per month, and $27,667 (was $24,639) per year.

[(17*40)+270+448]= $1398.00 gross pay for that week (we pay weekly, not biweekly). Before taxes, that’s $34.95 per hour, $6011.40 per month, and $72,136 per year!

Daily Bonus Rules:
Team Daily Bonus Rules: Must hit daily target for daily bonuses to be paid out, but you will still qualify for daily bonuses if you totaled at least $2500 in sales the previous week, or if you totaled at least $1250 on the board for that day (Supp team members must total $3500/$1750).
Individual Daily Bonus Rules: If you have blanked for the previous two days running, you don’t qualify for bonuses that day (unless you put $1250 or more on the board that day – it shows you’ve been pipeline-building). Daily bonuses are for people who are working hard and building their pipeline, meaning you were here until at least 3:45, made 75+ dials, and accrued an hour and a half of talk time. If those conditions aren’t met, the daily bonus will not be paid.
Weekly Commission Rules:
At management’s discretion, if your QTD average is under $2500/week ($4000/week for Supp Team), you will need to hit both weekly dial and talk time targets (375 dials, 7.5 hours of talk time) to be paid your full weekly commission. If you meet one target, but don’t meet the other, your weekly commission will be paid out at 50%. If you meet neither target, your weekly commission will be paid out at 33%.
Zero Week Policy:
At management’s discretion, if you are out of your probationary period (training) and your QTD average is under $1500/week, your hourly pay will be lowered to $10/hour for your zero week. It will return to your previous hourly rate once a week of $2000 or more in sales is achieved (effective the following pay period for the week in which $2000 or more in sales is achieved). If affected, and you get at least $1000 in sales, but not $2000, your hourly pay will raise just $1 for that week. Any Zero Week will also result in a Final Written Warning / Performance Plan.
Attendance:
Any missing time will need to either be pre-planned and approved (1 week advance notice in writing to management) or medically excused (with doctor’s note) to not count against sales quota.
